A complaint has been registered against a student of Bidhannagar College in West Bengal for a Facebook post sharing a cartoon of state CM Mamata Benerjee. The complaint has been filed against Ramnayan Chowdhury, a second year student of the college. The complaint was filed by Chatra Parishad, an activist of the TMC student wing belonging to the same college.
