Even after over 24 hours have passed since the
brutal assault of video journalist Samar De in
full public view and under the gaze of the
cameras. The Patna police are yet to even
register a case against the assailants. Samar
has been hospitalised with serious injuries,
after he was beaten up by a gang of
adulterators. So far the political establishment
has also done nothing to ensure action in the
matter. More shockingly, the adulterators have
restarted their business.
