Jharkhand Chief MInister Arjun Munda has
submitted his letter of resignation to the
state's governor. He's also asked the governor
to dissolve the state assembly and call for
fresh elections. This was after the Jharkhand
Cabinet recommended the dissolution of the
Assembly, signaling the collapse of the
Government in the state. The BJP alliance
partner JMM chief Shibu Soren has already
given his party's letter withdrawing support to
the government.
