Poll gives Obama an edge as US begins voting - International Hot News

The United States has begun voting in what can
be called one of the closest and tightest races
to the White House. 538 votes will decide the
election between President Barack Obama and
his republican challenger Mitt Romney. CNN's
poll finds Obama barely leading Romney 49 per
cent to 48 per cent.
Millions in the key states have already cast
absentee or early ballots despite long queues,
legal disputes over polling procedures and
damage done by superstorm Sandy. New Jersey
allowed the storm-stricken town to vote via
fax, which was a first for the US.
