Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh on
said the Congress has formed a co-ordination
committee for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections to
start preparations for the polls early. When
asked whether the Congress was preparing for
early polls, Digvijaya Singh said, "The Antony
committee had recommended early preparation
for polls. This committee is based on that."
When asked whether heading the committee
was a risk for Rahul, Digvijaya Singh said,
"Where is the risk? After all if politician
doesn't take a challenge, how would any
politician survive in politics? So this is
something the Congress has to take a call on
and we've taken a call."
