absolute sense that their voice is heard in
policy decisions on issue that affect them.
Bangalore's Vidhana Soudha saw a special
consultation with children from around
Karnataka presenting their problems directly to
the chief minister - in a programme organised
by UNICEF and other agencies working in the
field of child rights.
