three 6-year-old students were
chained and paraded around school
as punishment for creating ruckus
in class. They were also made to
clean toilets. The police have now
registered a case under the
Juvenile Justice Act.
While an investigation may lead to
the punishment of the guilty school
teacher, the memories of this
incident will be a lifelong
punishment for the students and
their parents.
