Justice and Press Council Chairman,
Markandeya Katju has come in
support of a 70-year-old Zaibunisa
Kazi, accused in the Mumbai blasts
case. Katju, in an attempt to defend his plea for Sanjay Dutt's pardon,said and I quote "If other co-accused deserve pardon they should also get it and I am
seriously considering the case of
Zaibunisa Kazia, whom I prima facie think deserves pardon, though I am collecting more material about her before I make up my mind."
