breather. Mumbai Sessions court
has adjourned hearing in his hit
and run case till 8th of April. In
the next hearing, the court will
first hear Salman's plea against the
charge of culpable homicide.
Earlier, a Bandra Magistrate had
charged Salman of 'culpable
homicide not amounting to
murder'. And the case was
transferred to Mumbai Sessions
court. Salman's lawyers are arguing
that his offence doesn't amount to
such a serious charge. But a
petitioner Abha Singh has sought
no leniency for actor. She has also
alleged that police is favouring
Salman.
