Friday announced largesse for
theatre, folk troupes and artists
facing financial constraints. The
questions is If the state's coffers
are empty, as admitted by Mamata
herself, where is the Madam Chief
Minister going to get money form.
Clearly, Mamata's populist
measures are costing the state
dear.
