With growth faltering, the Budget
should look for ways to push
growth, says S. Gopalakrishnan of
Infosys. He feels that while fiscal
consolidation is important, growth
must also be a priority. He also
adds that the government can look
at one-off ways to increase
revenue, perhaps through a
surcharge imposed on high-net-
worth individuals.
