In conversation with NDTV, Jayanthi Natarajan, minister of environment and forests, says that the ministry is ready to look into GMR's project, but the papers for the Kisangarh-Udaipur-Ahmedabad highway project are incomplete. She also firmly rejects the idea of de-linking environment clearance from forest clearance.
