Kumar Chaudhary has been expelled by the
Congress on Jan 16. NewsX and its sister
channel India News had exposed Chaudhary's
role in the murder of Jyoti. And had also
carried a campaign for his arrest, the Himachal
Pradesh Congress Committee also removed him
from the post of party general secretary.
