TIMES NOW have accessed documents which expose West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's doublespeak on tougher laws to protect women. West Bengal Human Rights Commission's suggestions to make molestation a non bailable offence and providing 5 year imprisonment to offenders has been gathering dust for last 7 months in Mamata's office.
