Rs 205 crore for President's foreign trips
A new record set by Pratibha Patil for having spent Rs 205 crore on her foreign visits all paid for by the Ministry of Defence. The Ministry of External Affairs also chipped in with 35 crores including local travel, Dearness Allowance, accommodation and miscellaneous expenses incurred on the visit.
