Moscow is warning of an emerging arms race, should Washington fail to provide guarantees that its plans for a missile defence system in Europe, would not be aimed at Russia. It comes as President Medvedev and President Obama held key talks at the NATO nuclear security summit in Seoul, earlier this week. However, at least one part of their conversation wasn't intended for the public. Barack Obama was overheard assuring Medvedev of more flexibility on arms-control issues, after November's U.S. Presidential election. But his comments drew harsh criticism from his Republican rivals back in the States. RT's Gayane Chichakyan reports on the reaction on Capitol Hill.
