Assets case: Raids at Mumbai Congress ex-chief Kripashankar's residence
The Economics Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police is currently carrying out raids at the Bandra residence of former Mumbai Congress Chief Kripashankar Singh, who has been accused of amassing disproportionate assets worth crores of rupees. Mr Singh has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court's judgement ordering his prosecution in the disproportionate assets case.
