Anti-terror body row: Naveen Patnaik wants meeting of chief ministers
Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik has written another letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, opposing the powers to be vested in the proposed National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC). This is Mr Patnaik's third letter to Dr Singh on the issue.
