Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Dec 06 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh police successfully conducted a one month trial of the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS). The police started receiving calls from November 01 and in a month’s period received over 28,000 calls. With the data available on the calls received on the emergency number ‘112’, state police redressed over 700 cases and action was also taken.
