Jagannath Mishra have been
convicted in the fodder scam case.
The quantum of punishment will be
announced within on 3 October.
Forty four other accused have also
been convicted in the case.
According to reports, the people who
will be sentenced on October 3 will
get no less than four years in jail
and will not get a bail.
Lalu also faces immediate
disqualification from Lok Sabha after
being convicted in the 17-year-old
