Shinde on Thursday confirmed that
11 people died in two blasts at
Dilsukh Nagar in Hyderabad. "Two
blasts have occurred in Hyderabad.
At one spot, eight people were
killed and in the other explosion
three persons died," he told
reporters in Delhi.
