The motor vehicles department in Kochi has suspended the two-wheeler license of Shibu Francis, a Perumbadappu native. The reason for this action is simple. Francis allowed his daughter, a five-year-old, to drive his two-wheeler while he, his wife and another child were riding pillion. The minor was standing in the leg space of the scooter while riding it. The incident was captured by a car passenger coming from behind.
