India CONTROVERSY | "Seems SC has no other work" SAYS JDU MP on Supreme Court's "Beacon Lights Order"

Politicians have critcised the
Supreme Court's restrictions on use
of beacon lights by VIPs. JDU MP Ali
Anwar even went to the extent of
saying the Supreme Court has no
other work.
"Looks like the Supreme Court has
no other work. Instead of dealing
with major issues which affect the
poor people, they have come out
with a verdict on beacons. There is
no uniform law across the country on
who can use beacon lights. Perhaps
such a uniform rule should be
brought in," Anwar said.
