The CBI is likely to file its chargesheet in the
controversial 2004 Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case and
are likely to name only those policemen who were at the
scene of crime besides seeking more time in a bid to
probe the conspiracy angle behind the incident. We
spoke to Vrinda Grover, Advocate for Ishrat Jahan's
family.
