Shinde has said he will personally
examine the matter on the
allegations of Afzal Guru's family
on getting the letter after his
execution. He said enquiry will be
conducted to get to truth of the
matter. However, Post Master
General of Jammu and Kashmir,
John Samuel has said, "The family
of Afzal Guru received the letter
today. The letter was sent from
Delhi on Friday and reached
Srinagar on Saturday; it was
delivered to the family this
morning."
