BJP candidate Jetha Bharwad has been injured after he was allegedly fired upon in Panchmahal district's Tersang village on Monday afternoon. He and three other people have been injured in the firing. At least eight bullets were fired by unknown people at Bharwad and his associates.Bharwad, considered to be a very close aide of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, was one of the two BJP MLAs accused of watching porn in the state assembly a few months back.
