As counting is underway for Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly polls, BJP is set to preform a hat-trick in Gujarat while trends favour Congress in Himachal Pradesh, where it could wrest power from the Saffron party. According to the trends, BJP and Narendra Modi are headed for victory, leading in 106 seats, which is more than the numbers required to form the Government. Celebrations have already started breaking out among BJP workers in Ahmedabad.
