As trends showed reverses for the Bharatiya Janata Party in Himachal Pradesh and showed gains for Congress, celebrations started taking place outside the residence of the state Congress Committee chief Virbhadra Singh here. "Looks like we are going to get more than we expected," ANI quoted Singh as saying on Himachal Pradesh election results. "Initially there were postal ballots, the counting now is of EVMs, clear Congress is coming into power," he added.
