Supreme Court directs Rai Baraily Trial court
to complete the trial in an expeditious way
against L K Advani and eight others in Babri
demolition case. CBI had approached the
Supreme Court for trial of the accused under
120B. The Court asked if there is any stay on
the trial. Upon getting to know there is no stay
on the trial, the court directed the Rai Bareily
court to complete the trial soon. The Court also
deleted Bal Thackrey's name as an accused in
Babri demolition case as he is no more.
