'Sexy' not offensive: Women's Commission chief
In a bizarre comment, the Chairperson of the National Commission for Women (NCW), Mamta Sharma has claimed that the word 'sexy' should not be considered offensive. She says the word actually means 'beautiful and charming' and it should not be taken in a negative sense.
