Senior Politburo member Sitaram Yechury on Friday (April 29) demanded that the documents of the 1995 Purulia arms drop case be declassified. This demand from the senior Left leader came just a day after the kingpin of the 1995 Purulia arms drop -- Kim Davy claimed on TIMES NOW that the operation was approved by the Centre and was aimed at arming people against "oppression" by the CPM government.
