Emerging from the first meeting of the Joint Drafting Committee of the Jan Lokpal Bill, co-chairman of the panel and eminent jurist Shanti Bhushan said that the controversial CD purportedly carrying his voice was doctored and was an attempt to malign him. The CD allegedly has Mr Bhushan talking to Amar Singh and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav about fixing a judge for Rs 4 crore.
