50 per cent drop in the prices of the goats

Share Market, Real estate market and now its the Bakra Market that has collapsed. Believe it, this year on Eid, the dealers at Deonar abattoir are bemoaning the lack of customers will to pay resulting in an almost 50 per cent drop in the prices of the goats. The costliest goat up for sale in Deonar is for Rs 5.5 lakh, the same goat last year was up tagged for Rs 8 lakh, but couldnt find a buyer. The owner Asfhaq Ahmed from Shivaji Nagar, is struggling to find a buyer for the goat. If I dont find a buyer till Saturday I will reduce the price further to Rs 2.5 lakh, and still if it doesnt work out, I will slaughter it on my own on the third day, said Ahmed. Ahmed reason to price the goat so high because of the alleged symbols in Urdu like Allah, Mohammed and Ali can be spotted on the goat. Ahmed is a tailor by profession.
