Guj riots: Nanavati panel refuses to issue notice to Modi
The Nanavati commission probing the Gujarat 2002 riots has asked the staff of CM Narendra Modi to provide details of their phone conversations with ministers during the riots but didn't issue notice asking Modi or his staff to appear before the panel.
