district. The state's Water Works &
Irrigation Minister Shiv Pal Yadav
was touring the Sharda Sagar Dam
in Pilibhit. On noticing the huge
amount of uncleared silt and moss
and plankton cover on the water,
the minister demanded that the
water body should have been
cleared. The moment Shiv pal
Yadav demanded to know the
Executive Engineer's name, the fear
in the man's eyes was palpable.
Upon this, the Executive Engineer
named Jeevan Ram Yadav fell at the
