arrested two militants of Hijbul
Mujahideen which include
Mohammad Amin Khandey who is a
panch of Bijbehara area of South
Kashmir along with another
associate from Kulgam. This has
come as a shocker for security
agencies. Police says that Hizbul
Mujahideen was trying to revive its
carder base in South Kashmir.
