Airtel as of now. The court has
refused to stay the order of the
Delhi High Court which upheld the
Rs. 350 crore penalty on Airtel by
Dept of Telecommunications. Airtel
was fined for sharing 3G spectrum
with other telecom operators.
Court however directed that matter
will come up in the mentioning list
on Monday and the appropriate
bench will consider Airtel's plea.
