In a blow to Gujarat CM Narendra Modi on the
Sanjiv Bhatt case, the Supreme Court has
stayed proceedings against the IPS officer.
Bhatt was charged in an E-mail hacking case.
Additional advocate general Tushar Mehta had
lodge complaint against Bhatt alleging that he
hacked his emails and had shared email
password with two journalists.
