A 10-month-old child of Indian origin, baby
Saanvi Venna, who was kidnapped four days ago
from her home in Pennsylvania, was found
murdered in Santiago on Friday. The US media
quoted authorities as saying that the baby was
found dead and a suspect was charged with
murdering both the baby and her grandmother.
According to the US media, the baby's body was
found at 4:30 am, hidden in a bathroom in the
basement gymnasium of a building. The police
said that the child was suffocated by the
assailants with a handkerchief.
