Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh has written to Arvind Kejriwal for the second time in two days, listing out 27 questions that he wants the India Against Corruption member to answer. Some of the questions in the letter relate to whether he or his wife were posted out of Delhi during their service in the Income Tax department. Whether foreign funds were used to fund his NGO and also whether he had taken government permission before forming the NGO. Here is a look at the letter
