The CBI's inability to find the missing nurse in Rajasthan is having ugly consequences.Allegations of using 3rd degree measures against suspects have surfaced in the form of a video.The video clearly shows CBI officers torturing a suspect picked up in connection with Bhanwari Devi's disappearance. The suspect an alleged pimp named zakir was picked up from Pipad, close to jodhpur city.He's seen here at the circuit house around 8.30 pm last night night stripped & being torturedforced to hold his hands up.CBI officers are seen walking into the room directing him to keep his hands up.
