Dilip Shinde one of the driver of school bus of Santosh Shetty

Six school buses were seized by the RTO department of Navi Mumbai early morning at 8am from Delhi Public School (DPS) at Nerul after students were dropped for violating the norms of RTO, however, the buses owned by the Corporator Santosh Shetty claims its a stunt to ruin my party name as the corporation elections of Navi Mumbai are coming ahead.

Calls started pouring to the DAV school after the six school buses owned by Santosh Shetty were taken away by the RTO department of Navi Mumbai for violating the norms of RTO after DPS students were dropped in their school. According to the RTO the schools buses that were seized violated the norms and were carrying explosive items in the bus like stove, diesel etc.

Dilip Shinde, one of the driver of the school bus, said, At 8am the RTO officers were waiting at DPS school and they asked us to take the buses with them at RTO ground. We after dropping DPS students were going to take another trip of students of same school but different class. Our school bus manager later informed school immediately to avoid any inconvenience. There were examination of the students in DAV whose trip were at 10.30am but we dont know how those students might have gone to school.
