Infy beats profit estimates, lifts forecast

Infosys Technologies said on Friday its second-quarter net profit rose a better-than-expected 0.8 per cent from the previous quarter. For the fiscal year, it revised up its earnings per share forecast by 5 per cent to 6 per cent in dollar terms.
