WATCH Political News | #BJP 200 plan: BJP picks 200 seats to challenge Congress directly

The Sunday Guardian has exclusively learnt that the bjp is set to take the Congress head-on in 200 seats that the party has identified across the country. In all of these seats the Congress is either the lone or major contestant against bjp or is leading an alliance in the capacity of a political 'elder brother'. These constituencies are in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. Out of the 199 seats in these states,the bjp had won 147 in 2014. Bjp sources told the Sunday Guardian that the party has found that putting up a sustained attack at Rahul Gandhi has often worked in the party's favour. According to sources, bjp strategists find that the overall situation in 2019 is not much different from the one in 2014. They say even though the opposition is vocal about putting up a united front, there has not been anything concrete towards that end. Watch the video now for full info:
