After Hockey India League, the
Indian mens hockey is busy
preparing for the Hockey World
League which kick starts on
Monday. The Hockey World League
will see 12 International teams,
both Men's and Women's
participate in a qualifying league
for the 2014 Hockey World Cup.
The seven-day event will feature 30
matches, to be played at Major
Dhyan Chand National Stadium.
India men's hockey Captain Sardar
Singh is confident his boys will be
giving a good account of
themselves in the upcoming
tournament. Indian mens team play
Fiji in their first game while the
women's team take on Kazakhstan.
Both games take place on Monday.
