The US Senate report that Walmart spent 23
million dollars lobbying the US govt to push for
India to allow FDI in retail has rocked
Parliament for another day. BJP leader
Yashwant Sinha led the assault on the UPA.
With Sinha demanding an inquiry into whether
some of Walmart's lobbying money was paid to
influential political leaders in India.
