Sri Lankan and Chinese police arrested 100 Chinese nationals who were involved in a telecom fraud in China. The accused stole accounts of 24 businessmen inside China over the internet and looked for black money. They would call the victims under the identity of security department, and would ask them to either surrender themselves or pay a bribe to avoid action..Chinese police said the swindlers apparently frequently change their modus operandi and shifted their hideouts to dodge the police.
