Ugandan student accused of cheating freed after 15 yrs
A Ugandan student who was stuck in Jaipur for the past 15 years for cheating in an examination was finally freed to return to his country. A Jaipur Court accepted Mujungu Mark's mercy petition to close the case of cheating that was dragged on.
