Subhash Chand has claimed a plot
of land in Karawal Nagar since
2009 he and his family is staying in
the house. OM Singh Mallik from
the same area has also claimed the
ownership. On Thursday both the
groups had called the PCR. And the
scuffle began right before the
cops.
