Cash-for-votes scam took another twist today with Amar Singh's counsel Jethmalani dragging Congress into the scandal .He cited the chargesheet filed by Delhi police to claim that Amar Singh could have only abetted the act. He was not out to commit offence, and was not the orginator of the conspiracy. The objective of the conspirator was to save the ruling government. The motive to secure other parties votes Jethmalani asserted.
